Termas de Puyuhuapi, Hotel & Spa is situated next to three natural hot-springs, on the Ventisquero Sound, accessible only by sea in the protected shore of Dorita Bay. You can hike on trails through the surrounding temperate rain forest, visit Quelat National Park and a spectacular hanging glacier, kayak through a myriad of interior passage channels and islands, fish, observe and photograph wildlife, or, just relax and soak up the soothing waters of the hot-springs that gave the hotel its name. Other guests come to Puyuhuapi strictly for the fly-fishing. Professional guides organise the fly-fishing and operate on an exclusive "catch and release" basis. There are many ideal locations on surrounding rivers excellent for Brown and Rainbow Trout. Coho Salmon run toward the end of the summer which in the southern hemisphere comes in early March.
