The Aysen Region is characterized by a temperate climate with plenty of rain during all year round. But you also experience days of incredible pure skies. The average annual rainfall is approximately 600mm in higher elevations, while it may rain as much as 3600mm per year closer to the sea. The average temperature is 50ºF, and from December to March the average often reaches 70ºF or more.
